The staff's proactive responsiveness to requests made our stay much more enjoyable.
The noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms often disrupted our sleep, which was disappointing.

The breakfasts were hearty and delicious! 🍽️ Loved the accessible bus stop nearby and how close we were to Vatican City. However, the room was on the smaller side for our family of three.

Really enjoyed my stay! The breakfasts were divine-delicious and hearty every day. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the Vatican. My room was small but super comfortable, with excellent cleaning service daily. The staff was friendly and quick to help with any needs. 😊

the air conditioning was just horrid, old and smelly like a moldy gym sock that I couldn't escape. a great location but it's like they forgot to soundproof the rooms, like I'd enjoy my neighbor's snoring concert! I asked for a room upgrade for my inconvenience and was met with crickets. almost woudl have given a good review, but nope!

This hotel was just a decent option for a mini-vacation in Rome with all in all brilliant value for money. The friendly staff provided a welcoming drink with snacks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Make sure to explore the nearby metro station for easy access around the city.

Cozy room with a nice flat-screen TV but very thin walls—could hear everything!
-
missingWrote a review on Jun 13cramped shower
The hotel's location is surrounded by a run-down area with a petrol station nearby, which lacks any real charm. The air conditioning struggles to keep the room cool, often leaving it uncomfortably warm, especially at night. Also, the shower cubicle is cramped, which could be a hassle for larger guests. Thin walls amplify noise from neighboring rooms, making it tough to get a good night's rest. Storage options are minimal, with inadequate space for luggage.

Just a decent option for a day tour in Rome with good value. The air conditioning worked great during my stay, which was refreshing in the heat. Bring earplugs because the walls are thin and you can hear everything outside your room.
